Super Typhoon Inday, with international name "Bavi," has weakened into a Typhoon, according to the 2 a.m. report of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Meanwhile, Inday is still being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Inday is located 950 kilometers east of Northern Luzon, packing maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h, gustiness of up to 215 km/h, and moving west-northwestward at 28 km/h.
The weather bureau also said that due to an increasingly unfavorable environment, Inday may weaken into a typhoon earlier.
