“There is something so special about the process of bringing a piece to life. Every stone I chose…has its own little story to tell,” she shared in a post.

In one reel, Evangelista shows how a gem encrusted bracelet in a floral design goes from mock-up to reality, to quite stunning results.

Many of Heart Jewel’s designs favor Evangelista’s maximalist chic aesthetic. A look that she wears well, and has been schooling us on how to slay, for day and night, for years. A statement neckpiece with tanzanite and pearls, or a ruby lariat stands out against a canvas of a tank top and jeans as it would a gorgeous evening gown. A large white opal pendant on a long chain does double duty, sans the chain, as a brooch. The actress goes for a touch of whimsy with a pair of emerald, tanzanite, and diamond earrings inspired by grapes freshly picked off the vine.

The “sleeping beauty” turquoise, named after the Arizona mountain range which looks like a sleeping woman, is a centerpiece of Heart Jewel’s debut collection. These stones are known for its vibrant robin’s egg blue color and pristine appearance lacking the veins common in most turquoise. It has become increasingly rare as its main mining source shut down in 2012, making them highly-prized and desired by jewelry aficionados. Evangelista also enthused about the stone’s healing benefits related to intuition, protection, and positive energy.

Ever the fashion icon, Evangelista hard launched Heart Jewels during the 2026 Mega Ball. The actress’ white strapless gown by Michael Leyva was a stylized interpretation of the theme “Film + Fashion,” with the fringed tiers giving the dress grace and movement. Set against the clean white, she wore a stunning jewelry set that made her the belle of the ball. The neckpiece featured cabochon “sleeping beauty” turquoise stones accented with diamonds, which she paired with matching, and equally stunning, earrings and ring.
