Vikings Group opens biggest premiere dining concept at One Ayala

Love the buffet but hate lining up for food?

At NYX, the biggest luxury buffet of restaurant chain The Vikings Group, after you come to the buffet, the buffet comes to you.

Opened last 4 February, NYX blends modern elegance with a sense of intimacy and privacy. The space features VIP rooms accommodating up to 12 guests, as well as private event rooms suitable for gatherings of up to 100. Overall, it can accommodate up to 450 guests, making it a destination for both intimate dinners and large-scale celebrations.

Spanning nearly 2,000 square meters, the main dining area is thoughtfully arranged so every table feels personal — aiming to create a luxurious yet comfortably private experience ideal for memorable occasions.

Unlike in other Vikings or other buffet restaurants, at NYX, diners can just order for their choices of dishes from every station then have those picks delivered into their tables — no need to balance a full plate as you navigate.

From artful charcuterie boards to soulful braised dishes and indulgent, forget-your-diet desserts, each station is designed as part of a larger culinary story. Guests may explore the buffet line or order directly at their table and have dishes served hot and plated.

Alongside unlimited selections, each guest may choose one premium complimentary dish like lobster, bringing an added layer of indulgence to the experience.

As an elevated buffet concept, NYX offers a curated selection of Japanese, Chinese, Asian and Continental dishes, alongside expansive carving stations and dessert spreads, complemented by unlimited wine and signature cocktails.
