Based on a police report, the suspect allegedly forced the victim to accompany him to her boarding house in Barangay Padre Zamora, Baguio City, at around 7 p.m. on 16 November 2024.
Although hesitant, the victim agreed. Before reaching her boarding house, the suspect allegedly grabbed her hand and forced her to go instead to his own boarding house, which was located in the same barangay.
Police said that upon arriving at the suspect’s boarding house, the man allegedly raped the victim.
On 23 January 2026, the victim reported the incident to the police. Authorities said the suspect has yet to be arrested, but documents needed for the filing of the case in court are already being prepared.
