Property developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has committed P120 million to the Manresa Access Road in Cagayan de Oro City to unlock mobility and accelerate growth for its flagship Manresa Town development.

The listed firm informed the local bourse operator that the project, developed in collaboration with Xavier University and fully funded by CLI, has formally launched on Friday.

“Manresa Town is built to shape the future of Uptown CDO. By creating a sustainable, connected, and vibrant community for students, educators, and residents, it supports Cagayan de Oro City’s growth and enhances the quality of life for everyone who lives and works here,” CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III said.

Once completed by the fourth quarter of 2027, the two-kilometer, 10-meter-wide road will directly connect Masterson Avenue to Balulang Road, cutting travel time between Uptown and Downtown CDO, easing congestion, and boosting economic activity across the city.

CLI said the access road is a key enabler for its 14.6-hectare integrated university township linked to Xavier University’s Masterson Campus and Uptown CDO, and designed with open spaces, green areas, wide roads, and bike lanes.

Manresa Town’s first residential project, One Manresa Place, generated P4 billion in sales within its first two days after launching last year and is now 99 percent sold, underscoring strong demand from students, educators, and investors.

CLI currently has more than 130 projects across 18 key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao, and is preparing to launch its first project in Luzon.
