Abba’s Orchard has formalized a partnership with Vermosa for the development of its largest K–12 Maria Montessori campus in Luzon, marking a major expansion of the school’s footprint in the country.
The agreement, signed in December, covers the establishment of the Abba’s Orchard Vermosa Campus and signals a long-term collaboration aimed at integrating education into future-ready community developments.
Abba’s Orchard said the Vermosa Campus will be its biggest campus in the Philippines to date, reflecting growing demand for values-driven, child-centered education. The school will offer a full K–12 program under the Maria Montessori approach, allowing students to complete their education from early childhood through senior high school within a single institution.
A key feature of the new campus is the introduction of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) program, which will be offered on an Abba’s Orchard campus for the first time. Founded by Dr. Maria Montessori, AMI is considered the global benchmark for Montessori education and teacher training.
Abba’s Orchard said the initiative aligns with its plan to establish the country’s first AMI Training Center within the Vermosa Campus, strengthening its position in authentic Montessori education in the Philippines.
The campus development will follow a structured timeline covering architectural design, regulatory approvals, construction, and in-house teacher training to ensure operational readiness and educational quality upon opening.
The contract signing was attended by Kristin Raval-Ofilada, Vermosa project development manager; Nona Torres, Vermosa senior project development head; and Abba’s Orchard founding directors Joseph Christopher N. Barrameda and Maria Angelica P. Barrameda.
Both parties said the partnership reinforces Vermosa’s positioning as an Ayala Land estate that integrates modern amenities with long-term investments in education and community development.
