Globe centralizes ESG tracking

Globe centralizes ESG tracking
Published on

Ayala-backed Globe Telecom Inc. is centralizing how it tracks and reports its environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance to give customers, investors, and regulators a clearer, more reliable view of how the company delivers on its sustainability commitments.

The company said Thursday that it has adopted PRESGO, an enterprise-level ESG platform, to move away from manual data aggregation and into a centralized system for capturing, validating, and auditing ESG data, strengthening consistency and accountability across the organization.

“Sustainability practice is embedded in how we operate and innovate,” said Yoly Crisanto, chief sustainability and corporate communications officer.

A clearer view

“With PRESGO, we are enhancing the way we monitor, measure and manage our ESG metrics. It gives us a clearer view of how we are performing against our sustainability targets and where we can improve.”

The platform integrates automated data ingestion and predictive analysis, using intelligent workflows to detect anomalies, reduce data fragmentation, and streamline carbon calculations. Centralized, facility-level data allows Globe to track progress more closely and remain on course toward its Net Zero goals.

Beyond data management, PRESGO supports sustainability reporting aligned with global frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
