The Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) arrested a drug trader from Bulacan and in the seizure of nearly P374,000.00 worth of illegal drugs early this morning, 28 December.
A report sent to NEPPO chief Police Colonel Heryl “daguit” L Bruno stated that joint elements of Talavera PS (lead unit), PSOG, and PIU-NEPPO conducted an Anti-illegal Drug Buy-bust Operation at Barangay Pinagpanaan, Talavera, that led to the arrest of a 26-year-old drug trader from Barangay Malipangpang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
Seized during the operation was more or less 55 grams of suspected shabu, valued at P374,000.00.
The suspect will be charged with violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
Chief Bruno said, "This remorseless drug trader, who traveled from another province solely to peddle illegal drugs in Nueva Ecija, will face the full force of the law."
