Personnel of the Angono Municipal Police Station arrested a woman tagged as a provincial-level most wanted person in Barangay Mahabang Parang, Angono, Rizal, on Thursday morning, 25 December.
The accused was identified only by the alias Inday, 35, a resident of the barangay.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, issued by the Binangonan Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 68.
The suspect is currently detained at the Angono Municipal Police Station custodial facility pending proper documentation and will be turned over to the issuing court.
The Rizal Police Provincial Office continues to appeal for public cooperation in maintaining peace and order throughout the province.
