The Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO) launched Project PHILEO (Brotherly Love) on Tuesday, 16 December, in partnership with the Department of Education–Rizal, local government units, Provincial Life Coaches/Pastors, and the Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development.
The launch took place at the Rizal PPO Covered Court, Camp MGen Licerio I Geronimo in Taytay, Rizal.
Project PHILEO is designed to provide support for elementary students, focusing on their academic performance, values formation, and general welfare. The program also facilitates cooperation among multiple sectors to assist children who need additional guidance.
During the event, a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was conducted between Rizal PPO, DepEd–Rizal, Provincial Life Coaches/Pastors, local government units, and PAGPTD. The MOA outlines the roles and responsibilities of each partner in implementing and sustaining programs for student development.
Dr. Doris DJ Estalilla, Schools Division Superintendent of DepEd–Rizal, was represented by Dr. Marlon Marquez, Education Program Supervisor of Rizal. He highlighted the importance of collaboration among community, church, government, and police agencies in supporting children’s education and guidance.
Project PHILEO will involve coordinated activities aimed at assisting students in both academic and personal development within the province.
