Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Acting District Director P/Col. Randy Glenn Silvio on Thursday said they are fully prepared to ensure peace and order during the upcoming Trillion Peso March Movement II Rally on 30 November 2025, at the EDSA People Power Monument in Quezon City.

The QCPD has finalized deployment plans, which include more or less 2,000 police personnel strategically assigned along key areas and routes to manage the expected volume of participants. In addition, more than 1,000 personnel from the Quezon City local government will provide support in crowd management, traffic control, and medical assistance.

As part of the preparations, a coordination meeting was conducted, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) between the QCPD, the Quezon City local government, and the event organizers. The agreement outlines the guidelines and responsibilities of all parties to ensure the safety, security, and smooth conduct of the rally.

The QCPD further reminds participants to strictly follow lawful instructions, avoid bringing prohibited items, remain vigilant, and immediately report any suspicious individuals or activities to authorities, or call E911/QC Helpline 122.

Silvio emphasized the QCPD’s commitment to maintaining peace and order, saying, “the QCPD will exercise maximum tolerance to ensure the rights of participants are respected, but will also enforce zero tolerance against any form of violence, illegal activities, or disruption of public order," he added.
