Dr. Gabrielle “Gabby” Henry, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, remains in the intensive care unit (ICU) after falling from the stage during the evening gown preliminary round of the recent 74th Miss Universe competition.
According to the Miss Universe Jamaica Organization (MUJO), she must stay in ICU for at least seven days while doctors carry out "close monitoring and specialized care."
Her sister, Dr. Phylicia Henry‑Samuels, who is in Thailand with their mother however, shared a worrying update: “Gabby isn’t doing as well as we would have hoped, but the hospital continues to treat her accordingly.”
MUJO is urging everyone, Jamaicans at home and abroad, to keep Gabby in their prayers. They’re also asking the public to refrain from speculation, negative comments, or misinformation that might cause further distress to the family.
