Climate advocates gathered and marched along E. Rodriguez Avenue in Quezon City on 15 November to join the global day of action for climate justice. The group decried the domination of a system they said allows people to suffer the harshest impacts of the climate crisis and called for urgent measures to address the worsening situation and drive fundamental systemic change in the Philippines. The march coincides with world leaders gathering in the air-conditioned halls of Belém, Brazil, for COP30.
