In a series of Instagram Stories, Casiño resurfaced Young’s 2023 statement claiming his team had worked with sustainability experts and conducted “around 300 revisions” to ensure the project complied with environmental standards.

Casiño reshared the post with the caption: “Check comments. I thought you were listening to feedback? Seems like you’re awfully quiet now, bud @thatguyslater.”

He followed with another Story showing an aerial view of flooded communities, writing: “@thatguyslater comments? People predicted this over a hundred weeks ago. Looks like they were right.”

The posts quickly circulated across social media, reigniting debate on the environmental risks associated with hillside developments in Cebu and the accountability of high-profile developers.
