An operative of the Manila Police District (MPD) Police Station 11 arrested a man who is facing court charges for robbery and rape under Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code along Adriatico Street, Malate.

Police identified the individual as Christian Ashley Lagos y Murillo, 24, single, male, driver and a resident of San Gregorio Village, Pasay City.

The accused was nabbed by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Remiebel Unica Mondia, presiding judge of RTC Branch 110, Pasay City, dated 10 October 2025, with no bail recommended.

Lagos is listed as No. 1 on the Top 10 Most Wanted Persons list in the MPD.

He was detained at MPD Police Station 11, where the warrant will be returned to the issuing court pending the issuance of a commitment order to determine where he will be detained for the continuation of his hearing.
