Former actor and Oriental Mindoro board member Patrick dela Rosa has passed away, as confirmed by his nephew, Joram dela Rosa Garcia, through a heartfelt post on social media.
The Oriental Mindoro Provincial Information Office also released an official statement confirming the news.
Before entering politics, dela Rosa was a familiar face in Philippine cinema, earning recognition for his roles in classic films such as “Kristo,” “Suspek,” “Ping Lacson: Super Cop,” and “Ex-Con.” Known for his strong screen presence and versatility, he was a staple in 1990s and early 2000s action and drama movies.
