Agents from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police confiscated an estimated P3.4 million worth of suspected illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation in Cavite.
Arrested in the operation was a woman identified only by the alias “Jamaica,” 34, in Barangay Sta. Fe, Dasmariñas City.
Authorities recovered approximately 500 grams — or half a kilo — of suspected shabu and marked buy-bust money from the suspect.
She will face charges for allegedly violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
