The Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Manila Electric Company (Meralco), the country’s largest distribution utility, has reinforced its commitment to empower customers through customer-centric initiatives that ensure stable and reliable service to millions of Filipino consumers.

In a recent media roundtable discussion, Meralco First Vice President and Head of Customer Retail Service Charina P. Padua, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Ferdinand O. Geluz, and Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications Joe R. Zaldarriaga outlined the company’s strategic focus on innovative and digital programs aimed at elevating the customer experience and empowering consumers.
