Star roamer Renejay “Renejay” Barcarse has parted ways with Aurora.
The team captain, shot caller, and in-game leader of the squad, Renejay spent two MPL PH seasons with Aurora and helped the team qualify for the M6 World Championship last December.
"Today, we announce Renejay's departure from Aurora Gaming. While we'll certainly miss his presence in our team, we fully support his decision to embark on a new chapter,” Aurora announced.
“Renejay has been a cornerstone of our team for nearly a year, and his impact on the Filipino roster's success was truly remarkable. You, our fans, witnessed firsthand his incredible skill and dedication as he greatly contributed to achievements.”
It remains unclear where Renejay is headed as of this writing, but the Mobile Legends community speculates that he may sign with TNC Pro Team with his former teammates Yawi and Dogie.
“Renejay, we extend our deepest gratitude to you for your unwavering commitment and all the memorable moments you created with Aurora. But if we ever meet on the battlefield - watch out,” Aurora stated.
