Jennie Garth from '90210' rocks lingerie shoot, opens up about menopause journey

Hollywood actress Jennie Garth is celebrating confidence and body positivity at any age, stunning fans with her first-ever lingerie campaign at 53.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 star took to Instagram to share images from her recent collaboration with ThirdLove, modeling a light blue bra and matching bottoms.

"I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53… but here we are! And I’ve never felt more confident, or comfortable in my skin," Garth wrote.

The campaign highlights ThirdLove’s collection made with "natural volcanic minerals," designed to help regulate body temperature — a feature Garth praised for managing hot flashes and travel days.

"These styles are my go-to... thank you for helping me feel strong, sexy, and supported — exactly as I am," she added.

The shoot comes as Garth has been candid about her health journey in recent years. Last year, she opened up about how menopause and body pain had made staying active a challenge.

"I stay motivated by FORCING myself to workout," Garth previously shared, acknowledging that her body has felt "like it’s fighting against me at times" during this life transition.

Garth has three daughters: Luca Bella, Lola Ray, and Fiona Eve, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Facinelli. She married actor Dave Abrams in 2015.
