Vice President Sara Duterte returned to the Philippines on Thursday evening after her recent visits to Qatar and in The Netherlands, from 26 May to 4 June 2025.
According to a statement from her office, the Vice President's plane landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at approximately 7:40 p.m.
"The Vice President is expected to address relevant matters in the coming days," the Office of the Vice President added.
During her trip in Qatar, Duterte met with the Filipino community in Doha on 27 May.
She also visited her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, in The Hague, Netherlands on 30 May and again on 2 to 3 June.
In between those visits, the Vice President has participated in a peaceful gathering organized by various Filipino community groups in front of the International Criminal Court on 31 May, which was also her birthday.
