Parañaque City police arrested the city’s top most wanted fugitive for June during an operation in Binangonan, Rizal on the evening of 3 June.
Alias “Aljun,” 35, a foreman, was apprehended at around 6:15 PM by the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Parañaque City Police Station. The arrest came after days of surveillance among police units.
Authorities were able to track him at Lower Madrigal, Palangoy, Binangonan, Rizal after attempts to evade capture.
The 35-year-old is facing charges with three warrants issued by Judge Marie Grace Javier Ibay of the Parañaque Regional Trial Court Branch 194. Two of the warrants, both non-bailable, are for statutory rape, and one for rape by sexual assault with bail set at P200,000.
He was brought to the Parañaque police custodial facility following arrest where he remains detained pending court proceedings.
