The Connor Serviced Residences in San Juan City has upgraded its guest experience with advanced digital infrastructure provided by Omada by TP-Link, which includes a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) system and VIGI CCTV units. The property, which officially opened on March 1, 2025, offers over 200 hotel rooms and features modern amenities designed to improve both guest comfort and operational efficiency.

TechOne Telecommunication Services, an authorized partner of Omada by TP-Link, deployed the GPON system to deliver fast and reliable internet access throughout the hotel. The system supports multiple devices simultaneously, ensuring strong network coverage across rooms, the lobby, and function spaces. It also includes traffic prioritization to maintain high-speed access even during peak usage hours, minimizing disruptions for both business and leisure guests.

The hotel also benefits from Omada's cloud-based management system, which allows staff to resolve connectivity issues remotely, improving service reliability. Additionally, Omada's encrypted Wi-Fi network enhances data security, protecting sensitive guest information.

In addition to the connectivity upgrades, TechOne installed VIGI CCTV surveillance units to provide 24/7 monitoring across the property, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and staff. The integration of Omada's centralized management system allows for seamless operations and scalability, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to modern hospitality.
