Senatorial candidate and Makati Mayor Abby Binay received the endorsement of Zamboanga del Sur Governor Victor Yu during her visit to Pagadian City, where she met with political leaders and supporters.
Governor Yu, along with Mayor Macario Tingson of Tukuran, raised Binay’s hand to show their support for her senatorial bid. During the meeting, Binay recalled her shared experiences with Governor Yu from their time in Congress.
Afterward, Binay traveled to Dipolog City to attend the Kuyog Ta! Grand Proclamation Rally, led by Dipolog City Mayor Darel Dexter Uy, who is running for governor of Zamboanga del Norte.
Before visiting Pagadian City, Binay was welcomed at the Dipolog City airport by Mayor Uy, Alpha Phi Omega Dipolog leader Jay Adraincem, and supporters.
As a senator, Binay’s top priorities include providing free maintenance medicines, strengthening early childhood education, and ensuring tax-free overtime pay, bonuses, and incentives for both government and private sector workers.
