Police Colonel Felipe B. Maraggun, Provincial Director of the Rizal Police Provincial Office (Rizal PPO), attended the awarding ceremony of the Philippine National Police Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PNPAAAI) Homecoming on Friday, 14 March 2025.
During the event, Colonel Maraggun, a proud member of the PNPA Buklod-Diwa 2001, was conferred the Gawad sa Natatanging Lakan (Special Commendation Award) by the PNPAAAI in recognition of his outstanding service to the people of Rizal.
Throughout his distinguished career, Maraggun has held various key positions within the Philippine National Police (PNP), consistently demonstrating excellence in leadership and a deep commitment to public service. His strategic initiatives in crime prevention and community engagement have significantly enhanced the safety and security of Rizal province.
Also present at the ceremony was Atty. Lucas M. Managuelod, F.I.C.D., Chairman and CEO of the Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc., who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
The annual PNPA Alumni Homecoming serves as a platform to honor exemplary service and strengthen the bond among graduates of the prestigious academy.
