Team Falcons scored its second win in the season at the expense of defending MPL champion and M6 world champion ONIC PH on Week 2 Day 1 of MPL Season 15 this Friday evening at Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

The reverse sweep over ONIC PH highlighted the fact that it was the first time that the world champion roster of Pheww, Flap, Super Marco, Owgwen, and KyleTzy, had won over the defending champion since Season 14.

"Ever since they formed this [ONIC PH] roster, we have yet to win against them. We wanted to get even, even if it is just the regular season, even though there is still a second round and Playoffs," Team Falcons team captain Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel.

Team Falcons gold laner Super Marco, meanwhile, scored the first Savage of the season with his Granger in Game 2, the 20th Savage overall in MPL PH history. Now with a 2-1 standing, Team Falcons is set to battle Twisted Minds tomorrow at 5:00 PM.
