Team Liquid PH star Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno now knows who the toughest ONIC PH player is after going the distance with the M6 world champions in the MPL Philippines Season 15 finals.

A two-time M-Series champion and MVP of the M2 World Championship, KarlTzy pointed out three ONIC PH players who gave him a hard time in the tightly contested best-of-seven match that ended 4-3 in favor of Team Liquid PH.

“There were three of them that I had a hard time with—Super Frince, Kelra, and K1ngkong,” KarlTzy told DAILY TRIBUNE.

Super Frince, ONIC PH’s mid laner, is known for his surgical play on mages like Luo Yi and Selena. K1ngkong, their jungler, is touted as one of the best in the world in that role.

But when asked who among them stood out the most, KarlTzy had a clear answer.

“In the overall game, it has to be Kelra. When he gets his items, it was like so easy for them to overturn the game,” he said.

Kelra, ONIC PH’s gold laner, was the M6 World Championship MVP and has been hailed as the “gold standard” in his lane.
