ONIC PH secures Playoff spot with sweep over Team Falcons

Defending MPL champion ONIC PH booked its spot in the MPL Season 15 Playoffs following a win over Team Falcons on Week 6, Day 1 of the regular season this Friday at Green Sun Hotel in Makati.

Kelra, Super Frince, K1ngkong, Brusko, and Kirk proved too much for the M5 world championship roster of Team Falcons as they delivered an impressive beatdown en route to a 2-0 sweep.

"We felt we lacked practice in the first few weeks. What we did now is double everything we do," ONIC PH gold laner Duane "Kelra" Pillas said after the match.

The one-sided victory was ONIC PH's sixth straight win, making it the third team to book a Playoffs spot, joining Team Liquid PH and Aurora.
