A poignant collection of 44 images depicting the Sorrowful Mother is captivating viewers at Ali Mall in Araneta City. The Dolorosa exhibit, running from 2 to 15 March 2025, is the first of two Lenten exhibits planned for this year.
This unique display features images sourced from various regions across the Philippines, including Gapan, Nueva Ecija; Catanduanes; Quezon Province; Pampanga; Bulacan; and Metro Manila. Each piece offers a glimpse into the diverse and deeply rooted expressions of Filipino devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Dolorosa exhibit invites visitors to contemplate the profound sorrows of Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, and reflect on the deeper meaning of the Lenten season.
