Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar announced on Friday the launch of a website offering information and services related to the government’s flagship housing program.
Acuzar said the website aims to guide stakeholders, particularly potential beneficiaries of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino or 4PH Program.
According to Acuzar, the 4PH website will serve as a centralized digital platform providing key program policies, application guidelines, updates on actual project developments and interactive features to enhance accessibility and public engagement.
Acuzar emphasized that the digital initiative is part of the department’s commitment to providing more inclusive and transparent housing programs.
He added that the website aims to streamline the application process for beneficiaries and offer easy access to all stakeholders.
“While we are building thousands of housing units across the country, we encourage everyone to access the website and learn more about the processes involved so they can better understand and appreciate 4PH,” Secretary Acuzar said.
Developed by the Knowledge Management and Information Systems Service, led by Undersecretary Samuel Young, in partnership with the 4PH Project Management Office, headed by Undersecretary Garry De Guzman, the website also features a section of frequently asked questions about 4PH for clarification.
For interested developers and local government units, all information on program issuances and other DHSUD policies has also been made available for easier access and retrieval.
Interested stakeholders may now access the website here: https://dhsud.gov.ph/4ph-program/.
