DMCI Homes is set to hire over a thousand skilled workers for its first residential condominium project in Cebu City.
“We are committed to serving Cebu’s property market for the long term. This includes creating jobs and building a strong team of Cebuanos,” DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria said.
The Quadruple A real estate developer is looking for construction workers, engineers, architects, accountants, sales agents, and office staff as it sets up operations in the Queen City of the South for Kalea Heights.
The 4.6-hectare development with 3.6 hectares of open space will have an additional 1.5 hectares of open space at the towers’ roof-decks — the largest for a condominium project in Cebu and in DMCI Homes’ portfolio.
Kalea Heights is divided into four districts: Dawn, Dusk, Summit, and Azure. Its open space is nearly three times the size of Cebu’s Fuente Osmeña Circle. The first phase will feature the 41-story Leia Building, ranging from 29.5 to 88.5 square meters.
DMCI Homes is investing around P24 billion to build Kalea Heights. Turnover of units begin December 2029.
“We’ve been preparing for this project for years, even hiring engineers from Cebu to train in our Metro Manila project sites. Now, they’ll bring their skills back to Cebu. We aim to stay in Cebu for the long term, continuously developing projects,” Austria added.
Interested professionals and skilled workers interested to apply should contact DMCI Homes Human Resources Department Field Recruiter Rey Damiar at 09924951167 or via email at ridamiar@dmcihomes.com.
