DMCI Project Developers Inc. (DMCI Homes) has joined the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s flagship housing initiative.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling on Friday witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Pag-IBIG Fund chief executive officer Marilene Acosta and DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria at the fund’s head office in Makati City.

Under the agreement, DMCI Homes will identify participating projects and available housing units, including ready-for-occupancy properties, and offer preferential pricing and other incentives to qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members.

Pag-IBIG Fund, meanwhile, will provide housing financing, loan counseling and assistance to help members make informed homeownership decisions.

The partnership combines DMCI Homes’ residential development portfolio with Pag-IBIG Fund’s affordable and flexible housing loans to help more Filipinos achieve homeownership.

The signing also forms part of DHSUD’s celebration of National Shelter Month 2026, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to providing quality and affordable homes for Filipino families.

DMCI Homes is the seventh major developer to join the Expanded 4PH Program. Other participating companies include Rockwell Land Corp., Ayala Land Inc.’s housing brands Amaia and Avida, SM Development Corp., Filinvest Land Inc. and Robinsons Land Corp.
