The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines (CCIFP) is now accepting entries to the first edition of its Le Prix DE&I.
The award spotlights organizations and individuals of CCIFP that are making waves in diversity, equity and inclusion. Co-presented by Investors in People, it will honor trailblazers advancing inclusive practices and creating lasting impact across sectors.
Three categories will spotlight the changemakers — People, Project and Organization. Submissions of organizational strategies, policies or practices implemented to advance DEI plus specific examples will be accepted until 17 January 2025. Awarding is on 30 January.
Under the award guidelines, organizations should describe the tangible outcomes of their DEI efforts, including positive impact to employees, stakeholders or community. Specific evidence or measurable results to illustrate the difference the organization has made should be provided.
Moreover, long-term vision for DE&I within the organization should be provided, including plan to sustain and enhance initiatives over the next three years and the specific steps or goals to achieved to ensure continued growth and progress in the area.
