Police Lt. Col. Benigno Sumawang, Regional Public Information Officer of PRO1, revealed that under the leadership of Police Brig. Gen. Lou Frias Evangelista, 2,189 troops, along with force multipliers and partner agencies, have been deployed to ensure a peaceful New Year’s celebration.
