Pag-IBIG expo offers 50,000 homes, discounts

Pag-IBIG Fund and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) will showcase 50,000 housing units from more than 80 developers at the second National Housing Expo on 19 and 20 October at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
The event will feature house-and-lot properties, condominiums and ready-for-occupancy units, including homes in Metro Manila. Buyers can also access special prices, buyer incentives and Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets offered at discounts of up to 30 percent.
Pag-IBIG Fund offers qualified buyers of socialized housing a subsidized interest rate of 3 percent. Promotional rates of 4.5 percent and 5.75 percent are available for higher-priced homes until 31 December 2026. Members may apply for housing loans of up to P10 million, subject to qualification.
DHSUD Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board chairman Jose Ramon Aliling said the expo aims to expand housing choices through partnerships with private developers.
Participating developers include Amaia Land, Avida Land, DMCI Homes, Filinvest Land, Megaworld Corp., Robinsons Land, Rockwell Land, PH1 World Developers, Megawide and SMDC.
Solar energy providers and home essentials retailers will also offer packages and discounts to Pag-IBIG Loyalty Cardholders. Visitors can request on-site housing loan computations, financing guidance and application assistance.
