Not a lot of people know that apart from being an award-winning actor, Kim Ji Soo is also a talented singer.
The Korean star showcased his singing skills at the recent Musika Para sa Bikol: Himig ng Bayanihan, a benefit concert held in Legazpi City.
Rocking high-cut leather boots by renowned footwear brand Palladium and stylish pieces from designer Iñigo Villegas, Ji Soo unleashed his inner rock star singing crowd favorites like Coldplay’s “Yellow” and The Calling’s “Wherever You Will Go.” He also had a duet with model and recording artist Bey; they sang the popular hit song “APT,” complete with choreography, much to the crowd’s delight.
The benefit concert, also featuring Gene Loves Jezebel and Per Sorensen of Fra Lippo Lippi, was a fundraiser. Proceeds are going directly to typhoon relief and rehabilitation efforts in Albay.
“It feels so good to be able to help others who are in need, and I hope I was also able to entertain people through my singing. My trip to Bicol was fun and fulfilling and I can’t wait to go back,” he said.
