TREASURE on X
On 2 December, YG Entertainment released a video featuring founder Yang Hyun Suk, outlining the 2025 roadmap for K-pop boy group TREASURE.
The group will pre-release their digital single "LAST NIGHT" on 5 December, a track from their upcoming mini album, which is set for a February 2025 release. Yang also revealed plans for a full-length album around July or August of the same year.
TREASURE, comprising 10 members — Choi Hyunsuk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jaehyuk, Asahi, Haruto, Doyoung, Park Jeongwoo, and So Junghwan — has captivated fans with hits like “MMM,” “DARARI,” and “B.O.M.B.”
Yang also emphasized a shift in TREASURE’s musical direction, opting for a more personal approach compared to high-energy title tracks like "KING KONG," "BONA BONA," and "JIKJIN." "The new music will focus on allowing the members to express their honest emotions," he stated.
In addition, TREASURE’s leadership structure will see a change in January 2025. Junkyu and Asahi will assume the roles of group leaders, succeeding Hyunsuk and Jihoon, and are expected to serve in these positions for two to three years.
Fans can also look forward to a special fan meeting event in March and a world tour slated to begin in October.
