Global K-pop superstars BTS have set a new Spotify milestone after the music video for “Normal” became the platform’s most-streamed K-pop music video within its first 24 hours.

The record comes after the music video made its exclusive debut on Spotify on 17 July, where it remained available only on the streaming platform for its first 48 hours.

“Normal” offers fans an intimate glimpse into BTS, highlighting the members’ raw emotions and personal moments. Set in the aftermath of a celebration, the video shifts between scenes from the previous night’s festivities and the quiet calm of the following morning, showcasing the reflective moments that exist beyond the spotlight. Among its standout scenes is the recreation of the now-viral image of all seven members standing in front of a row of toilets, tying back to the campaign’s teaser visuals.

Fans in Spotify Premium beta markets can watch the “Normal” music video by opening Spotify on their TV, desktop, iOS, or Android device, searching for “Normal” by BTS, and selecting “Switch to video.” The music video will continue playing seamlessly from where the audio track ends. On mobile devices, users can enjoy a full-screen viewing experience by rotating their device to landscape mode, while the “Switch to audio” option allows them to return to background listening at any time.
