Mayor Degala honored as Local Chief Executive of the Year

Mayor Richard Agregado Degala expressed gratitude after receiving the Local Chief Executive of the Year award, and Vintar, Ilocos Norte was recognized as the Certified Most Sustainable and Livable Municipality during the awarding ceremony held at Okada, Manila on 28 November, 2024.

He thanked Vintar residents, barangay officials, organizations, and government leaders for their unwavering support of his administration’s programs and initiatives. Mayor Degala emphasized that this achievement is a testament to genuine service and his commitment to the betterment of the municipality.

The event also honored Councilor Maricel Marie Foronda as Councilor of the Year. Mayor Degala expressed special gratitude to his family, the Marcos leadership, and the Almighty for guiding him in his service to Vintar.
