The Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region over the weekend revealed its plans for Calendar Year 2024, focusing on enhancing public services and law enforcement.

This comes after Annabelle N. Quevedo, Chief of the Financial Management Division at LTO-NCR, reported that the agency has exceeded its revenue collection of P7.82 billion from the previous year (2022), reaching approximately P8.1 billion this year.

LTO-NCR Regional Director Roque "Rox" I. Verzosa III Verzosa conveyed his gratitude to the dedicated LTO-NCR employees whose collective efforts contributed to the record revenue achievement.

"We appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of all LTO-NCR employees who have contributed to this outstanding revenue collection. As we enjoy our holidays, siguraduhin rin nating magiging handa ang ating opisina para sa susunod na taon at sa mga pagsubok na haharapin natin," said Verzosa.

LTO-NCR Assistant Regional Director Hanzley H. Lim spearheaded the Activity Planning held on 20-21 December.

In addition to its regular programs, LTO-NCR will heighten its focus on the Traffic Safety Unit led by Rocilyn T. Villaruel, which will conduct extra road safety seminars, specifically targeting senior high school students. The public can also expect enhanced services through initiatives like LTO-on-Wheels and E-Patrol, led by Elijah Claridad, Jan Dominique Oliveros and Antonio Ariel Honorio to reach a wider audience within the region.

Additionally, Administrative Division Chief Pio Paolo E. Erta highlighted that his teams will optimize their operations to align with the office's activities and goals. Rambo M. Bautista, head of the Property Section, is entrusted with overseeing the office's supplies, inventory and monitoring infrastructure projects. Minda S. Gipulan, Head of the Human Resources Division, is tasked with coordinating training sessions, acknowledging deserving employees, reinforcing the organization and enhancing the quality of public service.
