BAGUIO CITY —More than a day after ordering the closure of the beaches to avoid further drowning incident in anticipation of strong water currents and waves, the mayor of San Juan, La Union has lifted the directive as weather conditions have changed.
San Juan Mayor Arturo Valdriz issued Executive Order 24 series of 2023 which nullifies his previous EOs regarding the closure of the beaches and halt of water activities in the municipal waters.
