Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto encouraged the barangay captains in the city to not meddle too much with the Sangguniang Kabataan's internal affairs as he urged them to guide youth leaders and just give suggestions on how to better serve the youth.
The Pasig mayor also expressed his joy about the SK Elections — from the campaign period to the day of the election, and even during the SK Federation election — which went well as he shared some of what transpired during the SK Federation election.
Sotto said he is happy because there is no unnecessary interference in the current SK Federation Council.
He also congratulated the newly elected SK officials for the activities they've already conducted and stressed that the Pasig City Council and SK officials should discuss the things they should do to avoid government officials from getting off track.
