The Philippine national softball team's winning streak came to a screeching halt after Chinese Taipei carved out a 12-8 win Thursday in the Coed Slow Pitch Softball Asia Cup in Pattaya, Thailand.
The Philippines now holds a 2-1 win-loss record in the five-nation tournament, including China, Singapore and host country Thailand.
