Actress Lovi Poe is the last person one would imagine hanging in a jeepney "estribo." So when she eventually did it, everybody was amazed – including herself.
Doing a scene for her "Batang Quiapo" role, Poe indeed tried the stunt that every Filipino guy would do out of a desperate attempt to catch a ride.
"Ang saya saya ko kasi first time kong sumabit sa jeep," she said in a caption of her Instagram story showing her on the back of a jeepney.
"Bumyahe talaga ang tropa sa Maynila ng nakasabit," she added, referring to another picture in her posts.
Poe plays Mokang, the love interest of Coco Martin's character (Tanggol) in the hit series. It was derived from the original film starring Poe's father, Fernando Poe Jr.
