"Sharing a very important lesson that my psychiatrist taught me during our last session. Mental health is about always doing the right thing. Even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard. I agreed with her completely when she told me this because this is exactly how I've been operating ever since I found out about my mental health condition," saad ng aktres sa kanyang IG post.
"Based on my personal experience, always doing the right thing brings peace and clarity to my life. It isn't always easy but it is definitely always worth it. Doing the right thing may not always be easy because sometimes, it is a hard decision to make. Sometimes, doing the right thing doesn't feel good which is why most people find it hard to do. But what I realized and learned over time is that even when it's hard, doing the right thing always has its rewards," dagdag pa niya.
"You may not see or experience the benefits immediately but in time, you will see that if you just keep doing the right thing without complaints, the Universe will truly appreciate your efforts and guide you in your journey accordingly. Here's to living with integrity and always doing the right thing for God. You can do this. I believe in you," aniya pa gamit ang hashtag #MaxeneforMentalHealth.
Samantala, nagbahagi rin siya ng mensahe para sa lahat ng nakikipaglaban sa mental health problems.
"To my fellow light workers + self-healers, thank you so much for all that you do to heal, grow and blossom into your higher Self so that you can be a better human being for God, yourself, the people around you and the rest of the world. I see you. I appreciate you. Please keep going and growing. Keep honoring your soul by following what your heart truly desires in this lifetime. Don't let anything or anyone hold you back from living your best and most authentic life. As one of my favorite poets @langleav said, "It is your right to endlessly curate your life." So keep shining that bright light of yours!" saad ni Maxene.
