Barangay 20 Zone 2 chairman Roel A. Esmaña of Caloocan on 15 November tells reporters that resident Gerald Bantag was not at home to receive the subpoena requiring him to appear in court for the preliminary investigation of the murder of broadcaster Percy Lapid.

"Katok nang katok yung taga-DoJ, walang tao,' Esmaña said, adding that Bantag, who has been living in the same place for the past 15 years, has not been seen for about a month now.
