Simula nang inilunsad ang NavotaAs Scholarship Program ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Navotas noong 2011 ay nakapagpaaral na ito ng higit 1,000 mga estudyante.
Ayon kay Mayor John Rey Tiangco, kasama rin sa mga scholars ang mga anak o kapamilya ng Top 10 most outstanding fisherfolk at mga guro na nais pang mag-aral.
"Karangalan po natin na matulungan ang ating mga iskolar na maabot ang kanilang mga pangarap at maitaas pa ang antas ng kanilang pamumuhay. Congratulations po sa ating NavotaAs art scholars para sa academic year 2022-2023!, ani Tiangco.
Kinilala ang mga scholars ngayon taon na sina Rhionna Rocel Gaddie sa larangan ng creative writing; Christian Llod Cruz, John Daniel dela Cruz, at Zaldy Salas Jr., para sa visual arts; Elmer Bucacao, Noli Leongson, Jokomar Santos, dance; Justine Ursais sa theater arts; at Prince Ashley Taboso, music.
