CAMP BGEN VICENTE P. LIM, Laguna — A total of 301 wanted persons were arrested by the Police Regional Office 4A (PRO 4A) across the CALABARZON region from October 25 to November 2, 2026, as authorities intensified their campaign against individuals with outstanding warrants of arrest during the Undas period.

Under the leadership of Regional Director PBGEN Dominic L. Baccay, the operation resulted in the arrest of 109 Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) and 192 Other Wanted Persons (OWPs).

Laguna recorded the highest number of arrests with 74, followed by Rizal with 72, Cavite with 66, Batangas with 56, and Quezon with 33.

Among the significant accomplishments was the arrest of several regional-level Most Wanted Persons across CALABARZON.

In Cavite, a suspect identified as alias “Rod” was arrested in connection with a statutory rape case involving the alleged sexual abuse of a minor in 2016.

In Laguna, alias “Don” was apprehended in Santa Rosa City over a murder case linked to the killing of a former vice mayor of Claveria, Masbate, in 2010.

Meanwhile, in Batangas, alias “Mark” was arrested in Lipa City for alleged statutory rape and acts of lasciviousness involving a 12-year-old minor. He was apprehended through two warrants of arrest issued on August 20, 2025. The statutory rape charge carried no recommended bail, while the acts of lasciviousness case had a recommended bail of ₱180,000.

In Rizal, personnel of the Morong Municipal Police Station arrested alias “Manok” on November 2, 2026, at around 2:30 p.m. in Sitio Balante, Barangay San Jose, Morong. He is facing charges related to the illegal sale and possession of dangerous drugs under Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Another suspect, alias “Joey,” was arrested in Cainta, Rizal, for alleged violation of Republic Act No. 10883, or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 83, Quezon City, on September 16, 2025, with no recommended bail.

PRO 4A said the arrests demonstrate its intensified implementation of Oplan HULI WEEK 2026 to ensure that wanted individuals are brought before the proper authorities and made to face the legal process.

PBGEN Baccay commended police personnel across the region for the successful implementation of the operation, emphasizing the importance of sustained law enforcement efforts in maintaining peace and security throughout CALABARZON.

He said the campaign is aligned with the Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP PGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., and PRO 4A’s B.E.S.T. Policing Framework, which aims to strengthen efforts against wanted persons and safeguard public safety.

“Walang holiday ang batas, at hindi rin tayo titigil sa pagtupad sa ating mandato. We will continue to pursue wanted persons wherever our operations may lead us and ensure that they face the full extent of the law,” Baccay said.

All arrested individuals are currently under the custody of their respective operating units for proper documentation and the appropriate legal proceedings.
