The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) served a warrant of arrest for two counts of rape under Article 266‑A of the Revised Penal Code—with no bail recommended—on a 36‑year‑old male most wanted person who has been detained since 16 December 2025 for violating Section 11 of Republic Act 9165.

The warrant–issued on 9 February 2026 by the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 of Talibon, Bohol–was formally served at around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, 8 September, inside the Taguig City Police Station custodial facility unit‑annex, Camp Bagong Diwa, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

Despite his ongoing detention for a drug‑related offense, NCRPO ensured the enforcement of the outstanding warrant for two counts of rape, which the accused must now face before the proper court.

During the service of the warrant, the accused was informed in Tagalog of the charges and apprised of his constitutional rights. He chose to remain silent. The procedure was documented using an alternative recording device in compliance with Supreme Court guidelines.

The accused remains in custody. The served warrant will be returned to the issuing court for appropriate action.
