Police arrested a drug suspect and seized approximately P1,156,000 worth of suspected shabu during an intensified law enforcement operation in Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City.

On Saturday, 5 September, at approximately 7:20 a.m., personnel of Manggahan Police Sub-Station were conducting validation activities on wanted persons along Kaayusan Street, Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City, when they caught two individuals engaged in an illegal drug trade activity.

The operating team arrested alias Jondrex, 32, a mechanic, and a resident of Barangay Manggahan, Pasig City, while his cohort managed to escape.

Seized from the suspect were eight pieces of transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 170 grams, with an estimated street value of P1,156,000, one black Nike belt bag, and two genuine P100 bills.
